Coach,

I just wanted to let you know that when I got home last evening and asked Logan how his day was, he told me "Dad, I had the best day of my life".

Logan told me about Eric Kapitulik's motivating speech. He went on to tell me everything about him and his life. He showed me the video on Youtube but most importantly, he told me that he was the most "unassuming" person he has ever met. He said everything he does is for his team (men) and that he does not want any credit for any of his accomplishments etc... He went on to tell me about how Eric looks at his men's wives as the true heroes and how brave they are.

Logan discussed Eric's presentation with me for at least 20 minutes, and then he said "I wish our team had met Eric during the season last year, St. Mary's would have won it all". He also told me that The Program workout was very intense but he was inspired by The Program Staff in a way that made the workout great and that he was looking forward to Breakfast Club. Today, he jumped right out of bed (highly unusual), and was looking forward to his workout. He said he was sore from The Program’s Judgment Day workout but it was a "good" soreness....

I just wanted to share this "positive feedback". I have never seen Logan so "jacked" (as he and his buddies say).
