The Program is committed to providing the highest level of athletic preparation for all our student athletes. Our primary goal is to maximize the athletic and leadership potential of each student athlete throughout their high school career and to prepare them for the challenges of collegiate sports while reinforcing the highest academic standards.

Weight Room Supervision / Personal Strength and Conditioning Training

The Program's focus is strength and power training as well as speed improvement, agility, flexibility, conditioning, plyometrics and nutrition. The Program emphasizes the importance of proper technique during every exercise.

Student athletes are fortunate to train in some of the best high school athletic facilities in the country: their own. That's why we come to you. The Program coaches work directly with you in your school's facilities. With convenient location and The Program's coaching, student athletes have every opportunity to achieve their highest potential.

Judgment Day:

Judgment Day is a unique, mentally and physically challenging, team building and leadership development training evolution. Former Division 1 Collegiate Athletes and Military Special Operations personnel will conduct one or two day (1- 2 hrs/day) training that will strengthen your team's mental and physical toughness. Judgment Day is conducted on-campus, is gender neutral and demands that every team member trains to be both a great team leader and a helpful teammate and is prepared to do either when called upon during your upcoming athletic season.
