3/26/2010 Eric,

Thank you for coming to Malvern Last Saturday.
There has been a lot of positive feedback from our younger players within the Malvern Lacrosse Program.
You, Niko and Sam do an outstanding job.
I learned a lot from you and your team and I am looking forward to having you and your team back on Malvern's campus in the future.
Please tell Niko and Sam I send my thanks.

Sincerely,
Mike Keating

3/22/2010 Eric,

I can not at this point fully express to you how valuable an experience I felt that Judgment Day provided for our team. I apologize for getting choked up yesterday at its conclusion. What you and your staff did yesterday validated so much for me personally as a father/husband/teacher and coach. When I have a moment to collect my thoughts as well as those of my staff and team, I look forward to sharing our appreciation to you more.

I wish you, your staff, and your wife my very best and look forward to talking to you again very soon. Good Luck in your challenge with Mt. Everest. By the way, my son Noah wants to "do what he (you) does".

Sincerely,
Mike Pounds

3/16/2010 Eric,

I cannot thank you enough how thrilled we all are with your program….we could not be more satisfied. I know our football coach observed and he has interest in having you work with them, and I can speak with a certain level of confidence that Delbarton Lacrosse would like to have you return next spring as well.

The coaches and players have already taken what we have learned from your program and brought it to the practice field today. It is certainly something we will feed on for the remainder of the season.

If you were to ask me what I liked best about the program, it is how student/player driven it is. It really is all about them and not you, me or anyone else. The kids loved it as did the coaches. On behalf of the Delbarton lacrosse program, I can only say Thanks!

Best Wishes for Continued Success.
Chuck

3/16/2010 Eric,

I apologize, meant to call you earlier this week to thank you again, the week just flew by me. I can't thank you enough for the path you have directed my men down. What a week of work we have had, they have set standards for each other at practice and have been holding each other to them. Guys hitting their one mores after workouts! I believe we are still a ways away from where we need to be but I know we are heading in the right direction.
Today we scrimmaged Sacred Heart for the 8th year, usually a sloppy 9-7 average game even in 07.
Prior to them game we set 6-7 standards. We then went over the three core principles.
19 - 6 win! We played fast, physical. We did have a mental let down in 3rd q for 5 - 6 min. Couple bad penalties and gave up 3 goals. We regrouped and shut them down the rest of game while continuing to score!
So many of the lessons learned with you guys came out in the game, we even referenced the 3rd q of the pool during our timeout in the 3rd q!
Now don't think that we are patting ourselves on the back for winning a scrimmage, I know we have a long way to go and a lot more discipline to gain! I just am excited that these guys starting to get it!
We are very appreciative for how Joe, Elise and you have inspired our entire team, from me down!
I have spread the word throughout our department! I imagine you will hear from other programs shortly!

Thank you! Respectfully,
Scott

3/8/2010 Kap,
Seriously, thanks. I can't stop telling people how great everything was. Our hockey team seems to be genuinely on board for signing up, and I will continue to spread the word.

I will make sure the invoice is taken care and let me know how or if I can help. I look forward to seeing you at a game and I am sure our guys do as well. If the opportunity presents itself, our staff would love enjoy some adult beverages after said game.

Again, thanks,
Mike

6/6/2009 Eric, Hope all is well. I just wanted to give you a quick story on our game yesterday with Reading.
